One of my key areas of work is governance of charities and not - for - profit organisations.
My clients include almshouses, credit unions, schools and colleges, small and large charities and not for profit organisations.

In addition to drafting and reviewing constitutional documents, I provide the followings services:
Governance review - Not only looking at your documents, but reviewing how you actually operate and whether that is within the terms of your constitutional documents and policies. Correct your behaviour or the documents to reflect your working practices.
Strategic review - Is your organisation working within the parameters of its original objectives? If not have the governance documents been amended to reflect that; and what of the future. Do you know where you are going and how to reach your goals.
Trustee review - Advice on trustee duties and responsibilities; Are the trustees carries out their duties, and if not should be be moved on and how to do this.
Property acquisition, disposal, leases and general advice.
Trading - Helping you make surpluses and, for charities, trading subsidiaries.
Policy drafting - Equal opportunities, data protect, child and vulnerable person protection,
